Prices & Table Package Details

  • All online prices exclude VAT
  • All prices include a set 3 course lunch and coffee, a vegetarian option will be available and any special dietary requirements will, with prior notice be catered for.
  • There is no minimum / maximum limit to the amount of tables you may book
  • A cash bar will be available at each event from 12 noon
  • Tables for 10 or 12 guests will include, if desired, your company logo in the full colour souvenir menu
  • PT Package tables for 10 or 12 guests include your company logo in the full colour souvenir menu, a pre-lunch drinks reception, prime table position within the room, half a bottle of wine, mineral water and gift for each guest
  • Table positions are only ever allocated on a first come first serve basis. The sooner you book the better your table position within the room. Where PT Package tables are available, a prime position is guaranteed.

Payment Terms

31+ days before the event– Within 30 days of the invoice date
30-21 days before the event – Within 7 days of the invoice date
20-11 days before the event – By return from the date of the invoice
10-0 days before the event – Immediately with a pre-authorised credit/debit card details taken to secure the booking.

We ask that the payment terms are strictly adhered to. We reserve the right to cancel your booking and refuse entry to an event should full payment not be received as per the payment terms.

Cancellation Terms

60 Days or more before the event – No charge
Between 59 & 31 days (inclusive) before the event – 75% cancellation fee payable
30 Days and less before the event – 100% cancellation fee payable

On the rare occasion that a speaker is unable to attend an event, Personal Touch Events LLP reserve the right to change the event line-up accordingly. In the event that the client cancels a booking or reduces the number of places required, cancellation fees (above) will be charged on the basis of the total value of the number of places cancelled. If the client cancels after payment has been received, the refund (where applicable) will be made by the same method and to the same account used for the original payment.
