Friday 11 June 2027
Just one week before the Ashes get under way at Trent Bridge, one of cricket’s greatest all‑rounders comes to Manchester. Ian Botham joins us at The Lowry Hotel for a summer afternoon in the company of one of English sport’s most remarkable characters.
From the miracle of Headingley in 1981 to a life lived at full tilt, Ian reflects on the triumphs, scrapes and friendships that have shaped his extraordinary story. Asking the questions will be Tom Fordyce, who worked with Ian on his latest book, Seasons.
A brilliant way to thank your clients, treat your team or simply enjoy a summer Friday afternoon with friends.
