The Manchester United legend and football manager Steve Bruce will be joining us at the Queens Hotel this December to share the stories from a life in the game, from the trophies and titles won as a player to the high's and low's of managing at the games highest level. As well as hearing from Steve, the brilliant comedian Scott Bennett will be wrapping up the afternoon's entertainment. Hosting the afternoon is the BBC presenter and reporter, Mark Clemmit.

Steve Bruce
Manchester United legend and former captain, Steve Bruce played a pivotal role in their early Premier League successes, and was the bedrock on which three Championship-winning sides were built. Going on to have a career in management spanning more than 20 years, Steve won promotion to the Premier League for both Birmingham City & Hull City and most recently was the manager of League One side Blackpool.
Scott Bennett
An award winning comedian and writer, Scott is a headliner at the most established comedy clubs in the UK. Scott made his "Live at the Apollo" debut in 2021 and has supported and written for some of comedy's biggest names, including Jason Manford, Rob Brydon and Michael McIntyre. In 2024 he starred in the Royal Variety Performance and is currently in the midst of a sell out UK tour.
Mark Clemmit
Our regular host Mark Clemmit, known to many as Clem, is renowned for his relaxed, access all areas style as the features reporter on BBC One′s Football Focus. Over the past two decades, Clem has established himself as one of English Football's most familiar voices and faces, and an immensely popular event presenter and host for the FA and Premier League, as well as many blue-chip companies.
