The Manchester United legend and football manager Steve Bruce will be joining us in Manchester this November to share the stories from a life in the game, from the trophies and titles won as a player to the high's and low's of managing at the games highest level. As well as hearing from Steve, SKY Sports pundit and Arsenal legend Paul Merson will be joining us to round off the afternoon with his hilarious stories from his life both on and off the pitch. Hosting is the award winning writer & broadcaster Tom Fordyce.

Steve Bruce

Manchester United legend and former captain, Steve Bruce played a pivotal role in their early Premier League successes, and was the bedrock on which three Championship-winning sides were built. Going on to have a career in management spanning more than 20 years, Steve won promotion to the Premier League for both Birmingham City & Hull City and is currently manager of League One side Blackpool.

Paul Merson

Championed by the Highbury faithful, Paul Merson brought flair and imagination to the Arsenal side in a decade long career at the Club. As well as winning numerous honours with Arsenal, he earned 21 caps for England, participating in Euro 1992 and the 1998 World Cup. Since retiring, he's gone on to become one of the most loved commentators and pundits for Sky Sports.

Tom Fordyce

Tom Fordyce is an award-winning writer and broadcaster. Formerly the BBC’s Chief Sports Writer, he ghost wrote Peter Crouch’s Sunday Times bestsellers, How to be a Footballer and I, Robot. He’s also written for Ronnie O’Sullivan, Geraint Thomas, Jamie Redknapp and more. He is the creative director for podcast creators the Crowd Network and co-presents the Joe Marler Show and the Geraint Thomas Cycling Club.
